End up having crazy spider webs all over the Smirnoff because of them.

Yes muscle does weigh more than fat. I have one concentration of fat in the belly region, a family trait btw.
Every where else is getting toned and larger, but the belly.
If the belly won't come off, I'll have to increase the other areas to make it look smaller.

I'm pro sausage, James is pro bacon.
So I say good job gear-guy, sausage is always the right choice.

Summer Sausage (my regular one was in the outside freezer), 3 eggs soft scrambled in bacon grease, 2 strips of bacon, and 2 pieces of toast buttered.

Cooked marinated steak, onions, and bell peppers the other night, to make Fajitas.
It's the 12in skillet and that sucker is heavy. :eeek:
