Bacon, eggs, sausage, and toast.
The bacon was fried in an iron skillet.
Well, had to re-season it after washing it down from last weeks use.
Know a better way to re-season one than to fry bacon in it?
Okay, a tastier way? ;)

I allow myself to have toast on Sat and Sun.
During the week it's low carb bread, much lower than the other one.
Other than that, I've gone back to cutting out carbs.
I haven't gained but I haven't lost weight.
Every so often I might make pancakes with syrup.
I do have one recipe that uses whey protein powder, I might look into that.

I'm gaining muscle, I have no doubts about that.
Sleeves are getting tighter. ;)
Pants are also looser, so I'm making progress there.
Plus carbs slow me down, and I don't need that.

That is why you are not losing weight. You know, that whole muscle weighs more than fat but takes up less space thing. Good going and stay disciplined.
