Quaker Harvest Crunch with fresh cut pineapple chunks, whole wheat toast with honey and peanut butter, orange juice and coffee.

Since the weather has gotten colder in the mornings, I like to eat Cream of Wheat brand of farina, a type of breakfast porridge mix made from wheat semolina. I had Grits with eggs and fried Spam today

I also enjoy hash with corned beef, onions, potatoes

We just got back in town, so it's slim pickings for tomorrow's breakfast. Coffee and cereal bars is all we have, so I guess that is what is in our future.

I don't eat cereal because it's a waste of time.
However, I could eat a whole box of blueberry almond crunch, but it's been about 10yrs since I've eaten any.
