What's For Breakfast...

The number of cauliflower connessiurs is growing James, watch out.
Yeah, if your Heeler has a sensitive enough snout, there is no way we can sneak up on you.
I haven't had cauliflower in 2 months at least, I just don't care to eat much anymore.
In fact yesterday's trip to Sodolaks was the most I had eaten in quite some time.
Celery...my wife cuts that up, along with onions for her eggs.
Again, I just don't put that much work into it anymore.
I want to say I use celery in chili. Well actually I just said it. :p
From what I remember, that is one of the ingredients in Wendy's chili.
Oh sure, it's cheaper to go to Wendy's and buy it, but I can make a large batch with lower sodium and better meat. Now if I could just find a recipe for their chili seasoning packs. The one I had wasn't even close!

Almond flour pancakes with honey. As finicky as she is, my MIL even ate one, and my FIL loves them. Then again, he's restricted for a few more days on his diet, due to the removal of his gallbladder, so he'll take what I fix and be happy with it. LOL

There is no such thing as a Cauliflower connoisseur. Proof of such is that you can't even spell it. lol lol lol

Poor FIL is stuck eating your weird concoctions.

Yesterday's concoction was Pillsbury Grands biscuits, wheat of course.
His choice not mine.
And bacon, lots of bacon, with syrup and butter.
I guess he's feeling better from his surgery.

I can't spell connoisseur because I got my degree from Mississippi. :p

Today it was 2 sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits from McDonalds with 2 hash browns.
To be nice to the Grackels, I threw the biscuits out the window going 75mph.
This way all the Grackels would get biscuit crumbles instead of fighting over 4 large pieces. ;)
The next trip I'll cook eggs and bacon, or almond pancakes the night before.
No more McDonalds, I felt really bad for hours. :eusa_doh:

...Add almond flour to that too. :p
I've never tried almond flour, so I can't comment. [huh]

However, there's a restaurant chain called Black Bear Diner with 63 locations (currently) in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. They make pancakes and waffles with a buttermilk and sweet cream batter that are so good they almost don't need syrup! And their portions are...well, let's just say if you're still hungry when you leave it's your own fault. :essen:
