Went ahead and started a new thread and sort of introduced myself before the main part of the post.

I did eventually get the sleeves lengthened. Only $20, but they're still a tad short. Might just have Mr. Magnoli make me one of his stiff fronted shirts.

Thanks to everyone's good advice here, I rescued my old straw cheapie. Kinda looks like hell but it's good to grab when running out into full sun dressed down - in fact I wore it today , had to go get a flat fixed on our car.
