"Jack Reacher" - C-Minus - Ugh.... so badly predictable I almost fell asleep... twice. Faux convolution that I saw through in an instant... Personally, I've known PLENTY of tough little guys, T.C. ain't one of em. Cagney would eat him alive. What a load of absolute cobblers! The "romance" was like fingernails on chalk board. Ughhh!

I DVR'd it but haven't had a chance to watch it yet. Last night my HT was hi-jacked by Ms. Julie Andrews and a crap-load of sugary cute singin' rug rats! Whoever decided that they could S T R E T C H that movie to make it last 4 hours oughtta be horse whipped. I watched bits of it, but I'd researched the REAL family and their history years ago so... the blatant out and out lies in the musical make me queasy. I'll give you one for an early X-Mas present. That amazing, daring walk out of Nazi Germany? Well according to one family member they merely took a train from Austria to Italy and eventually wound up next door to me in Vermont of all places. V-Trapp lodge burnt down several years ago... don't know if'n they EVER rebuilt it.

I wasted time this past weekend watching Only God Forgives. Nice cinematography does not make up for any real plot! Ryan Gosling..oh gosh where do I begin. His acting begins and ends with staring blankly into space. Avoid this film unless you really need to waste 90 minutes of your life.
I'm enjoying the positive online reviews where people are trying to justify this steaming pile of garbage.

JP, my bil went to a Comic Con in Austin a few days before Thanksgiving.
He went for Shatner and Campbell.
Shatner's line wasn't near as long as Campbell's, so he got Shatners.
But he said Campbell was a riot, roasting everyone that asked him questions, cracking jokes, etc.
And his wit with the comebacks were lightning fast.
