Cold doesn't bother them. You would have to freeze dry them to stop them.As long as one's army of zombies remembers to stretch before strenuous activities, they should be fine in inclement weather.

That depends on which story you're reading or which movie you're watching. In some of the short stories I've read zombies continue to decompose until there's nothing left but bones. And according to The Return of the Living Dead, being dead hurts and eating brains makes the pain go away. [huh]They decompose only to a certain extent.
