Aha! Another Dubonnet lover! Would you believe I still have not made it to the MAC counter to try it? Sigh.

I loved Diorshow... most beautiful mascara I've ever used. Unfortunately my eyes hated it, and I had a bad reaction.

I have it and I've worn it, but I look like a vampire. Maybe because I have pale skin and my hair is almost black?

^ I put it on over a chapstick base and then blot off, so I end up with a light layer of it. At least, I did today.

eta: Tatum! Yes! Ricepaper is one of my absolute favourite MAC eyeshadows.

Not me: I put it on lock, stock, and barrel lol I'm probably paler than you, Rue, but although my hair is dark it isn't close to black, so perhaps that's the difference. Zombi's way probably will help!

Today I didn't apply any make-up, because I'm holed up in the house all day *scurries away*

That probably is it! I think red haired gals and some blondes wear the darker colors better [huh]

Ahhhhh.... to be young.... I put on my make-up everyday unless I'm sick, because I have mirrors in the house and a glimpse of this 41 year old broad without make-up is a very scary thing indeed lol

I had a date, cracked out the best makeup, and got stood up...hmmm, waste of makeup i think. (It actually feltrather cathartic to just type that)!!

I have the original "little colored ball" Meteorites, too. I have no clue what color mine is, there are some pale blue & pink balls in there. lol I just love the scent when I open the container!

Bless you, i have just eaten my body-weight in profiteroles so i feel much better.

I agree, they smell divine. I did try one of the pressed Meteorites compacts in the natural colour and it was utter pants, really cakey. All my cheapie powders were far superior.

However the original ones are really great and one of my favourite products, plus they last forever. Mine has white, green, lilac, pink and bluey balls i believe. My Mum used to always use it and i used to steal hers, until she made me buy my own!
