Looks great! CXL SH can be much easier to wear than FQHH for sure.
Posted then started going back through, didn’t realize I happened to join in on a mega Highwayman page lol

Thanks man, it’s a much better fit for wearability than the premier highwayman I had a while back. That one was beautiful but couldn’t do it

Finally tried a standard Highwayman. Gonna give it time but feels right. Love the look. First experience w CXL steerhide on a jacket that fits right, but it’s just as everyone says: thick, more pliable than CXL horse, beautiful character. This one needs a new pull on the zipper slide but otherwise in great condition.

Fits you really well. Also, the whole color pallette of the fit looks great.

I bought cheap classic looking leather combat boots i strip the upper front leather upper from its glossy finish with aseton, underneath there is smooth sanded grain leather, i bleached the toe area to look somewhat cooler and wax it, been trying to break it in by wearing it indoor the last few days

Very nice pickup. Perfect fit too! Doesn’t get much better for a daily driver!

First post in this thread for a while with an 'old fit' RMC J24

Can you zip it up?

That’s how the vintage looked on me and it felt unwearable. (I could get the zip to engage but didn’t feel comfortable doing up the little #5 like I do with other makers from the era.)

As for me, there’s something fantastic about a curved zip I think.

Yes, I can zip it up perfectly well - it's very comfortable zipped or unzipped - why do you ask?
