Since my car was totaled by a falling tree i have been on the bike everyday.
Currently these two have been my daily riding jackets.
If the weather is bad i prefer the leathertogs A, if it is very hot i prefer the B as riding with the jacket partially zipped lets a lot of air in.
Both are as comfortable on the bike, no forward restriction, no balooning, only slight negative is that the back could be 1" longer, but that would make the front too long...

They are without a doubt my two favourite LW:

looks broken in, interesting that the upper back of the sleeve crease exactly the same on both jackets (the back of left arm bulged out and the back of right arm tucked in), you must have done similar repetitive movements to crease them that way while in them

And since I am doing awkward photos in the driveway I might as well bask in the FL for a couple of minutes. @JCSD ’s self portraits always inspire me to do a better job of photographing my jackets … but then I run outside and get all self conscious in case the neighbors are watching and get it done in sixty seconds or less, lol.

I like your pictures fine. But boy do I know the feeling of sneaking outside and hoping the neighbours don’t notice…

Great jacket and perfect fit, BTW!

It is currently around 35 degrees Celsius. Definitely no jacket weather. I'm afraid I won't wear the next jacket again until September. Except for my shearling vest ... I will take it with me for camping if it should get cool in the evening.

We went from 26 to 14 but it's warming back up slowly. That shearling vest certainly comes in handy out there.

Same here. At least tonight seems a bit cooler than the last few days. It was literally 30 Celsius yesterday during midnight. Insane.

Finally scored a mint condition Gibson & Barnes M-422a repro after numerous years of searching. The company is sadly no longer making this jacket but I was fortunate enough to find this one on the ‘Bay. It’s a very, very good copy (at a fraction of the cost of the top tier repro makers) of the WW2 Gordon & Ferguson M-422a. G&B really nailed the details: the salmon pink rayon lining, the dark russet (light seal?) goatskin, single-ply rib & rack waistband and, best of all, the super plush honey-rust fur collar! Jacket fits perfectly. This one has immediately leap frogged to the head of the line as my go-to/everyday jacket.

and honestly to me I don't want to be the last victims of war that is almost over, already had so much depression for the entire year to keep me away from it, I don't want to end it by fell ill and on hospital bed or urn .. so I keep wearing my mask, and avoiding any kind of crowd.

I hear you & feel the same about catching the damn thing now but hasn't it been established that masks don't protect against jack but rather are only suppose to stop you from spreading the disease?

I just feel it's the sort of lottery right now. . .

nowadays if you have a strong believe in something and google it you will likely find multiple articles that support your belief even with chart and scientifically looking reports, numbers in statistic is widely abused to prove a point since numbers look assuring and people rarely question how that number is achieved,
try google the opposite and you will find equally compelling theories why your belief is wrong. probably also with numbers that is totally opposite to the other faction,
In the end it is down to your own wisdom.

my thinking is a layer of something is better than nothing it slow down and traps particle, and rather than putting my safety to the hand of others to behave accordingly when sneezing, or coughing or staying at home when feeling ill to begin with , I rather just slap on barrier across my face that I can peel off and either wash or dispose and replace.
