One of my all time favorites: custom Thedi canvas shawl collar. I had to go to Thessaloniki to meet Theodoros to get the pattern fit me, but the end result was well worth it!

Just did the same. My wife has been urging me forever to got to Greece with her, so we ended up flying to Saloniki two weeks ago. Had the chance to meet Theodoros and his daughter Alexandra. So, so great, impressive and very, very nice people!,

There is not too much love for Belstaff around here, but they used to be a pretty fine jacket maker. I have an old Panther from way before they were sold and sold again (a big-bucks investment for me at the time) and I really loved it. Today, the leather appears somewhat underwhelming compared to what I have handled since, but it still is cool jacket.

Belstaff is still one of my favourite leather jacket brands, although I have to agree with you, the leather isn't what it used to be. They seem more focused on making fashion jackets now. The two panthers that I have shared so far are the older model however (when they were made in England) and the leather is of the highest quality as you may be able to tell from the photos. I shall share some more older models from their 'pure motorcycle' range. I also have some newer models that I will be sharing over time.

I recently tried on an old Belstaff wax cotton trailmaster. It was so cool, and fit much better than my Barbour. If it weren’t for the smell, I would have bought it.

I had a heavy waxed cotton Matchless Trial Master... it was so warm! Had to see it because it was slightly too big for me. I've never purchased / owned a Barbour jacket. What are they like?

Most annoying thing happened...to an A2. Nipple stud fell off, & the cotton wrapped base is of a special technique. Wondering who can fix it.

I like this. What's the story on this one?

Thanks, man:) It's another Pausmith-365 purchase, infact the second jacket I purchased since this leather jacket thing started. He got it listed as a French WW2 horsehide barnstormer coat, but knowing his descriptions it could mean literally anything:D The leather is great and solid on the jacket, quite thick with a thick sheepwool lining. Will be great to test this when the weather gets really cold as today was a measly 2 celsius :)
