Here is before / after pics of the goatskin after I went over it with deglazer. First pic shows the hideous shine. Second pic after 2 deglazing. Third pic shows leather after 3 rd deglazing plus w saddle soap wipe down .

Greetings Bond et al:
Super transformation. That deglazing took that leather from “mall” leather look to total rich leather i’d wear in a heartbeat. Gave me some ideas for some “saves”.
What brand is the deglazer?
Excellent work.
Be well. Bowen

Always a refreshing change from the usual leather jackets here, Michael. That jacket still looks good and I'm glad that you've still have the Scrappers logo on it. That leather bag is a nice touch too.
Thanks HanauMan. Yeah, I decided I liked the yellow on black logo. I picked up that bag, sans shoulder strap at a thrift awhile back. Real Leather and Handmade in Greece are the only markings on it. It has turned into my go to errand running bag.

Hi Bowen , I think it was Feibings brand deglazer. You could ask a cobbler for more info as this was my first time using it, But it’s pretty straight forward , just have to pay attention to wiping the leather down so as not to lighten or remove too much of original color. I was not wanting to redye the leather but was ok with what ever the outcome. I also used a 000 steel wool at end to smooth out any residue of shine and to even out the color afterwards.
Good luck
