Yeah, it’s really amazing to me that they don’t have better pictures of their products. Eastman is the same way. Perhaps they just don’t make a ton of sales to casual passers by but rather people who know what they are getting or people who have seen customer photos on social media (or tfl from google). As it is, the picture they show isn’t likely to convince anyone to hit buy.

Somehow I swear all makers screw up their website shots. Schott is bad, Aero is bad, Vansons bad, LW entire site as we all know is archaic. But seriously I’m drooling over your jacket. It’s the model I will one day purchase and you’ve got a great fit. Congrats!

So Christmas came early as this Aero 30s Half Belt arrived today from Norway. Please forgive the poor quality pics. They definitely do not do this jacket justice, but I just couldn't wait to show it off.

This is my first leather jacket and I wanted to invest in a quality piece. Suffice to say it is everything I hoped it would be and then some. If I had to knit pick the sleeves could be slightly longer, but for buying used online I'll take it in a heartbeat (thanks TFL Classifieds). Previous owner only wore it a dozen times over a couple months, so it's practically new. Definitely will need some breaking in. Looking forward to the journey.

Thank you to everyone on here that provide history, information, opinions, pictures, and anything else associated with leather jackets. I came here knowing nothing, and now I know slightly more than nothing but feel like a million bucks.

And a special thanks goes to @AbbaDatDeHat who was kind enough to provide his wisdom and guidance to me throughout this process. Without his encouragement I probably would still be humming and hawing over what to get. Now I can wear this jacket while plotting my next one.
