One thing about their black horsehide is after some serious wearing, the leather will looks like it's been conditioned, except it's not. It's undescribable.

Lol. I do not actually row or exercise in my jacket. Rather, I do rowing type movements and various other arm bending, flexing and stretching with the jacket on -- and yes, it works.

I continued to sneak in arm bends, flexes and stretches all evening when outside the peering eyes of my wife and friends -- I'm sure I looked like a madman to anyone who happened to see my secret intense flexing.

My efforts are paying dividends:

Thanks, Buzz jacket is really great. Nylon quality, lining and so on are not worse than my original early MA-1. This B-15C is exact high quality copy of rare Monarch B-15C contract (with only one difference - the Monarch name on the label is replaced with Buzz).

If you don't want to look like a crazy man with a leather fetish you can just do chores at home while wearing it, wear it all the time, literally. The way to break jackets in is not to do uncommon things you'd never do but rather do what you normally do but with the jacket on, proper wear!

My Himel grizzly was stiff as cardboard(Specially the zipper area and patch pockets) and it was goatskin, I've been wearing it at home, sleeping in it, vacuuming the house, washing the dishes, shining shoes, carrying boxes, going to work, watching series, movies...now it's buttery soft and full of creases and it's no longer restrictive.

I might have sprayed a bit of water on it a couple of times

Pouring rain in Chicago. Going to get the tree today. Rather than bring a saw I figured I'd just wear the LW j23 so I can simply rip it out of the ground, root ball and all, so as not to leave a mess for anyone else to have to worry about.
