Highwayman, just in the nick of time for our short-lived winter. So far, I have heard "holy f**k" and "don't break your back" comments when people lift it up!

Man I wish I'd never bought mine! I can't even be bothered with anything else now! The Sherpa lined corduroy trucker has inexplicably become my favorite jacket. How ridiculous is that?!?

Not ridiculous at all, I currently wear my Levi's Golden Corduroy Sherpa lined trucker more than any of my leather jackets, it's just too comfortable and keeps you surprisingly warm.

Proud new owner of this H.& L. Block M-422A. Not sure what year the NXs-5134 contract is from, but this jacket has definitely seen some action. It's in very good shape and in a very large size plus it exhibits gorgeous patina!

Nice vintage M-65! I have a 1970 with an aluminum zipper, and so far, I’ve not had any trouble with it. I generally use bee’s wax on stubborn zippers, but I’m not sure it would work any better than gulf wax. Might be worth a try, though.

Thanks for that suggestion. I might try waxing the zipper again. It seems to be getting a little bit easier to engage as I use it. I wouldn't think it needs breaking in after 48 years. It has seen some light wear in its lifetime. I just recently bought it.

Out on a walk this morning with the wife and the temps are finally cool enough to enjoy the shearlings again. Goodwear redskin B6.

That looks absolutely superb. Really, really nice @mr_lits!

3 degrees here, and finally time to break out my Aero B6 for the first time since I got it. Shown in the glamorous surroundings of a shop changing room...

This is an Old Navy coat? Looks very nice. How is the quality of materials/construction?
Thanks. Yes, it is Old Navy. I can find no faults with the construction at all. The thread is strong, all of the stitching even and straight. And the material is a nice looking heathered charcoal melton that is holding up well. I believe this was made in 2010. There is some pilling on the cotton flannel lining, but not bad. The melton is fairly lightweight and is made from a blend of reprocessed wool and polyester, but it still looks pretty much like new even in the areas that would see a lot of rubbing wear. Not an advertisement for Old Navy, but I have a fair number of items from them that I have thrifted and I have found them to be well made.
