I bought this from Lando a few days ago and despite his having used this for a few years it still feels brand new. This jacket weighs 8 lbs 9 oz. and is going to take some serious rough wear to get it broken in.

Just found a Napoleon III coin and about 50 rounds of unfired WWI British .303 from the battle of Le Cateau. Kinda cool to hold a 100 year old bullet in your hand that actually saw action.

Well I'm not one to judge as I post some of, if not the worst photos around here. Many of which are in the bathroom off my kitchen. I always appreciate the guys who take the time to actually go outside and show their wares in a natural way and how they are worn!

Have to be careful though, I find other stuff too, like this British shrapnel round. You see, in the US, we dig and hear "tink" and say, "oooh, what's that? Tink, tink, tink.... I've learned that over here you dig and hear "tink", you drop the shovel and walk away, looking cautiously over your shoulder.

It's kind of a pain to find locations that work with decent lighting that have a safe place to put my camera. I work with what's available in my backyard because it's convenient and I think the quality of the photos comes out decent. I don't actually spend significant time anywhere outside of work, home and commuting so interesting photo locations aren't something readily available. The main focus of my photography is the clothing itself and the various combinations it can be worn in. Interesting backgrounds are secondary and much lower priority.

I love it when people that never actually take the time and effort to post photos of themselves criticise those that do....especially when its over something as picky as the freaking background.....

If this were a photography forum I'd say fair enough but this is a jacket forum and we are after pics of people enjoying their jackets, showing the style, fit and what they wear them with.

How about you post a few pics of yourself in a jacket....I was really surprised how hard it actually was to get even a semi decent pic of my jackets. Just finding a mirror that doesnt reflect shit in the background is hard enough lol. Then its lighting, holding the damn phone so it doesn't block too much of the jacket....I gotta say, its a pain in the ass and I'm really thankful of the guys that do supply them on a regular basis.

I like Your foto and jacket , are very good ! .I wrote just it would be fun, it's better sometimes to change location ( it is additional variety for eye .Just enough

You don't need to justify yourself, man. What PN said, the whole point of this thread is to showcase your outfit and your photos do exactly that while probably being the best anyone here is bothering to take and I can assure you that we all understand that. The complaints expressed above are akin to whining about the acting in a porn movie.
