Thanks gents. Temporary OCD spell put to rest, for now. Still curious to what Alan will say too!
That is one Badass jacket and a fit to matchFranco Canadian on a chilly enough morning walk with the boy.

If I was to undergo hypnosis it'd be to stop jacket acquisitions altogether.
I would be fine with that length if the sleeve end is tapered a little bit narrower to the wrist. They're fine as is, but now I'm in that OCD phase worried about them shortening. I sent off an email to Alan. What do you think? If you envision them 1/2 inch shorter would I look stupid??

Such short sleeves always bothered me, I tried to pull them down. But this is a big plus, the jacket with short sleeves looks daring and coolThey're fine as is, but now I'm in that OCD phase worried about them shortening. I sent off an email to Alan. What do you think? If you envision them 1/2 inch shorter would I look stupid??

This finally came a couple weeks ago after being stuck in England for months.
Aero August in battered tan horsey. Still breaking it in, but I like it so far.

I agree! I think many/most of us could fill up a thread of ill fitting jackets we have worn and flipped/sold. So many good fits lately what gives! must have learned from others failures hahaThis is such a great thread, I just can't get enough of looking at everyone's beautiful great fitting jackets.
So true. I think I've sold about 8 jackets already this year. But just one or two of them could be objectively regarded as I'll fitting. I really loved many of the others when I just got them. But somehow over time you begin to see things others probably don't: the sleeves are a bit too wide, back length could be shorter, or maybe the leather would be nicer of it didn't have that particular finish etc etc. That's when the search for that next jacket which is going to be perfect beginsI think many/most of us could fill up a thread of ill fitting jackets we have worn and flipped/sold.
