^^ All too Funny, as I owned that jacket in between Tony's first & second insallments of ownership.

It was a real challenge for me to wear - it was a serious 10+ lbs of leather & cordoroy (the lining adds to the weight being cordoroy.) As many know who wear "traditional" White's boots, they can easily get to 8+ lbs as well, this adds a lot of mass onto your frame. While I enjoyed the jacket, I just found myself not wearing it as much as I like. Then it got damaged in my move, which Tony did a good job of resolving. It's heavy CX Steer, but not Lost Worlds 4+ Oz horsehide...

Randy i always thought this was a cool ass jacket. Did the corduroy make it super hot? I have corduroy at the bottom hem of a jacket and its comfortable, supposed to protect against the belt ,wallet rubbing holes. I see this feature on a lot of vintage jackets. Cordovan is an awesome option i had one an let it go and now miss it. I definitely want another. I love this conf. But also am intrigued by the bootlegger with some mods. I think tony should have kept the bootlegger v2.0 imho, thats bad ass. Hard to follow.

But it also seems to develop arm creases...does it show any wear areas? Or is it black/ black?

It does show some arm creases, but because the leather is more soft than stiff, they sort of smooth out when you stretch your arms and fold up when you bend them.

It is dyed black all the way through so no wear areas. I included a close up of the arm creases and two detail shots of the back.

Today the jacket that has been with me for 20 years now. Austrian motorcycle police jacket from the 70's or early 80's. I still love this jacket although it's tight now. Also have a newer one but it' not as cool, different leather and no hooks for the gun:)
