What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

It is a very unusual color indeed, Benny. A brownish gray..or a grayish brown. Either grey with a brown wash..or brown with a grey wash ( hard to tell ) then finished with a crisp smooth bees wax coating that seems to also give it an antiqued worn appearance. I quite like the affect.

My LW Ryder arrived and it is love at first sight! Unfortunately for you guys I am a very crappy photographer and this is the best I managed to do in the short time I had to snap a couple photos:

View attachment 215689 Not great I know but you get the idea. Stuart was perfect on the fit, nice and trim without being at all tight. I agree with Tom71 that the 3.5 oz horsehide is quite wearable right out of the box. The jacket is quite creaky and squeaky so I am wettimg it down with the water bottle and walking around the house windmilling my arms, normal behavior for one of us jacket people.
I will get some better pictures taken tomorrow and post them for you guys, this is too nice a jacket not to share with everyone.
Nice ! Man that back yoke sets that ryder off, more pics please, well done

This jacket looks amazing. I am always amazed when I see it. Leather shows a beautiful patina. A real jacket loves hard handling and then it shows its character in response

Thanks man. It really feels good at this point and I really like the character it's developing:)
Seems like a leather that has flown under the radar or not readily available from the usual suspects.
