What is a "grail" jacket worth?

Hard to say, Tim. But I am pretty sure, that the pre-war original Irvin in my size will never turn up. After hunting that thing for 6-8 years, I am absolutely quite happy and very, very satisfied with my Aces High version.
But you never know. So I am still looking. But not as hard as before. Only a little. Now and then. Not very often....only like every other week. You never know....lol

And so you should be mate, it's one of the very, very, very best Irvin repros I have ever seen. It's absolutely perfect.

It's great to see a handful of manufacturers now really making nice looking Irvin types. I still take wry amusement in the fact that one of the least accurate repros is the only one permitted the use of the Irvin name!

The Aces High jackets are lovely. Wasn't there meant to be another player coming into the market around the same time as Aces High, or did it not pan out?
