The Open Road is one of Stetson's finest,
but I just love the colour of The Rehfus.

Great selections this week. It's hard for me to pick a favorite, but the Echter, the Reyfus, and the OR are top notch.

My original choice of hat was the Gamble & Gunn in royal blue, but the silver/grey one that is also from them balances the blue and gives the hat appeal. So Tina tells me. After church this morning we are visiting a showroom to look at Motorhomes, then we are off to lunch at one of our favourite watering holes, a country inn, name of: The New Queen. It's a special treat for my lady.

The snowstorm this week kept the kids and grandkid from visiting to celebrate the anniversary of my 65th trip around the sun today so I celebrated by lighting that big brush “candle” in the yard. Wearing my brush-burning Resistol.

I covet that resistol. My bush burner is a 15 yr old Stetson “Packard” with nowhere near the wonderfulness of yours.
