Sunday Morning Guerra. I picked this one up in NYC about 20 years ago. It’s suffering from a few moth nibbles. I guess I need to take some advanced insect abatement measures in the hat pile. View attachment 668492

I had my Father in law with me today, MGySgt. C.W. Braxton. He turned 100 this past July and never misses an opportunity to get out and about.
He is wearing a J.J. Hats house brand made by Roche. Real nice felt on those hats.

Art’s creations never disappoint. Happy 100th birthday to your father in law. Looking sharp indeed!

Starting off the week here @ Rock Bottom with this Chocolate color Royal Deluxe Stetson Black Lancer with stitched overwelt , 2-1/4 inch ribbon and 2 inch brim. One thing that sets this one apart is the "raised center crease" in the crown.
* Originally there was a plastic tip liner but it was brittle and torn in places so I removed it.

Hope y'all have a good 'un !

3 months in the USPS twilight zone is nuts.

There was a notice inside the box stating the package was undeliverable and sent to the lost mail center in GA. There USPS opened the box where luckily Darle had placed a second shipping label (copy of the first) which USPS then placed over the original (which btw was completely intact) and put the box back in the system
