The tassel flopping around drives my dog nuts lol Thought he was getting a new toy

Love that pensive look, you certainly have the whole stingy appearance to perfection Mark. As for Stingymas, what's that all about? I too don't have many hats with a narrow brim, much prefer the broader type. Having said that..............................


Taken in the summer months of sunshine. Actually our winters can be quite sunny too. Global warming? I haven't shovelled snow in decades.

Very interesting. I had incorrectly assumed that a stingy would look right on a smaller head and not right at all on a bigger head. Your post blows that idea right out.

I'm between a 7-5/8 and a 7-3/4 and figured a narrow brim would never be in my future. In your photo both hat and fit look just right. Very nice.

This past weekend we had plans to travel to Northern Florida where we would get a little bit of cooler temps. I set aside a couple hat choices for the trip that Would enjoy in the weather in St Augustine and to wear to the Jelly Roll concert in Jacksonville. I could just kick myself as I managed to leave them sitting on the dining room table while packing the car to head out. This left me my travel hat for the weekend the Crushable rollable Portis Lite Wate that I had already plunked on my head. It managed to serve duty quite well.. but I do think what would have been with the old Mallory Melusine fur in the cold air.
