This morning's lid is a Pale Green fedora custom made by Whitten's in Bryan, Texas. The sleek lines of this hat remind me of a Stratoliner with the thin ribbon hatband and brim edge binding.

Thank you Tim. I just steamed and shaped it a bit to my liking. The crown a bit higher then it was.

Nice hat! The store it came from in Bryan is just about an hour west of me. Nice color ( I actually have my pale green Open Road out this morning here)

Still deciding what hat goes with the new shirt... A couple Silverbellys looked nice, but this Open Road has a bit of a green tint to it (And its my favorite rose ribbon and binding)

Not sure about Stetson but Resistol called the color Palomino in their line. A favorite color of mine when I can find it.

Usually I plague hat makers with requests for ever wider hatbands, but I did not even have to ask Thomas Farthing for a wider hatband for this beauty, a high crown fedora sold by them but made in Spain...
