Come down here to the Deep South with your style and ladies will be stopping you in the street to compliment you - and I’m not joking about that! I love Northern Europe but dang if they aren’t some cold people.

Great hat and accoutrement!

And I love that phrase “extra angefertigt” on the sweatband. I’m not sure how to translate it (I want to say “specially finished” ie, finished more remarkably than normal - but I wonder if it doesn’t mean “specially produced”, ie, a special order?) The phrase really rolls off the tongue, though.

Extraordinary, for sure (another great German word: aussergewoenlich!). Thanks as always for sharing your wonderful collection!

Wearing a new to me Borsalino Como II Imperiale. I know it's a recent Borsalino, but I picked it up cheap. It's a little rougher than I would usually buy, some significant nibbles. I like the style though. It has a 2.5" whipstitch brim and 1" ribbon.
