Cost of housing? Have you heard of Sandbanks on England's southern shores? https://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/news/23380520.pictures-inside-13-5m-bungalow-sandbanks/

This rather attractive home was sold at auction recently, it achieved £13.5 million. That's $17.19 million in Uncle Sam's shekels. Each to their own I guess but I can't help thinking that some people seem to have more money than sense.

For church later this morning, Tina suggested that I wear the Stetson Sovereign.
The baggy style trousers that she made for me compliment the hat perfectly.
Well according to Tina it does and no doubt there will be comments at church too.
Another PHENOMENAL ensemble, sir!!!

A staggeringly gorgeous selection, as always! I'm going with the Borsalino Caffe as #1, the Mosant Heather as #2, and the Dobbs as #3. As always, thanks for enriching our weekends!

We got some rain last night and the weather has cooled off considerably so today I move from the light weight unlined hats to this . I looked for a very long time to find a wide brim Mr. Disney fedora and finally ran across one just yesterday ! Mr. Disney Fifteen... I really like the fit and finish of this hat and can see what the fuss is all about.

* same hat shown in all pics...looks different color in 1st pic.

Yesterday I came home and enjoyed gallivanting about on the property. A Marathon was my hat choice.

Early evening a Stetson Stratoliner founds it way on my head.

This mornings walkabout was uner the brim of a Gannon Executive (moss green beaver).

I enjoyed morning coffee under a Stetson Playboy. This unlined hat has very thin maleable felt, no brim stitch and a unique ribbon treatment. This all under the labeling of a Playboy.

For an auto wash, butcher store and grocery store errands I changed to a Mallory.

Another spectacular array of hats, Eric.

That's a very interesting and unique ribbon and bow treatment on the Marathon.

Thanks sir.

I'm intrigued by the ribbon -- Is that some sort of tiger's eye or striped gem of some sort?

No gem as it is plastic.

A couple from Saturday and 3 from this morning. I still have a half day to get things dome and wear hats.

Cheers, Eric
