Wow, gotta love the clean, smooth lines on the Huckel.

J. Hückel´s Söhne "Superior" later 1930s. Most likely designed not to wear with side dents so a Stiffer Soft Felt with very dense felt. This Soft Felt is in NOS condition and I found it back in 2009.

A Modern Black Whippet....this one has a 2 3/8 brim, so fairly stingy for "StingyMass". Had a very deep flange which I removed to make the most of the brim, creating a shallow flange (very shallow in front, less so in back). Then I re-creased the crown to give more head room....as much as I could anyway. Added a wind cord too.......

My contributions to Stingymas are very few, but with a 2 1/4 brim I think this Playboy just qualifies. Apart from the shorter brim and brown sweatband, it’s a twin to the one I posted a day or two ago.

I heard a rumor that 'tis the season for stingies. So, a 1934 Mossant short shorn velour in blue that I got from Stefan is the hat for this afternoon.
