Second hat of the recently arrived batch of 6. Made in Italy for Motsch of Paris.

This is definitely going to be a grab and go beater. Nothing special, but I do like its compact shape. It's definitely a brim up hat, too.

That Morreton in the sun! Barbisio Lontra Visone Sesia and Fléchet also standouts. The Edgewood very sharp as well.

The purchase of this one does make me chuckle. A couple of years ago It showed up on ebay with a really good Buy It Now price, apparently it had been up for only a few minutes. So I immediately bought it.
The great part is that I COULD NOT BELIEVE that I actually beat you to the punch! I'm glad that you actually take naps!

The only straw hat I have. A no-name I bought maybe thirty years ago for around twenty bucks. Subjected to sweat, cigarette smoke, and a few rain showers, It's tapered badly over the years, but it's still going strong.

Outside yesterday afternoon I was under the brim of my $2.95 fedora. The blue heathered felt made me reach for the hat yesterday.

Temps stayed warm through early evening and I enjoyed outside time. I was inspired to wear an inky blue Mallory homburg.

This morning's walkabout had me wearing a Stetson Royal DeLuxe.

Some much needed morning coffee while wearing a Stetson Royal DeLuxe Viscount.
