Very nice, Brent. The shallow flange gives it a nice sleek look.
Wearing my latest conversion project. This one started out as a 6 5/8 Biltmore Western. I blocked it up to a tall and straight sided 7 1/4 LO. The open crown on this is 6 inches tall. as creased, the crown is 5 inches all around and is 4 5/8 inches at the pinch with a rake sloping to 4 1/4 in the back. I gave it a deep teardrop crease with a tight pinch. The brim is 2 5/8 inches wide. The ribbon and bow work came off of a vintage donor hat and is black at 1 5/8 wide. The pictures aren't very good and don't show the hat's true color...

Great work, Terry. Beautiful hat.

First college open house with the young’ un. Champ Featherweight was perfect for this 85 degree fall day.

Gorgeous hat and very wearable.

Awakening from a long summer slumber is my jet black Hückel Chamois fedora from Europe. Almost too bright and sunny for a black hat, but I am a rule breaker. This one was made in the late 1960s/early 1970s.

Good to see some love for the black hats, Mike. This Hückel is easy to love though.

Very nice. I can't recall Mr. Natural ever wearing a hat though.

The week in hats. I seem to have missed a day, which makes me wonder if I was abducted by aliens! Well, as long as the probe doesn't interfere with my mobile reception;)

Another excellent week's worth of Steur hats, Stefan. Love them all, especially the Mossants.

All great hats Stefan. I have a soft spot in my heart for that Lord's Hat!

Frosty morning found me wearing a wool jacket and Stetson Stratoliner for a dog soiree.

Home and a coffee walkabout in a Stetson Playboy (light brown).

Cheers, Eric -
Not too much longer til we see the snow flakes on your brims. Love that Playboy.

I love this color. Looks to be well made for a current hat.

Top class for a wedding. Nice.
