Yesterday I was enjoying the evening lake in a vtg. Stetson 3X OR.

This "newer" 3X has remarkable felt.

This morning a dog soirée in a blue Stetson Playboy.

Working to clean the lawn of dog droppings, limbs and other detritus in preparation of a lawn trimming. It has warmed up to 64'f (18'c) I changed to a 50's Stetson Stratoliner (green hued). This version of the Strat has a 2.25" brim and a different green ( has more green) felt than my other sage hued 40 and 50's Strat's.

Thanks sir. Back at you - I have admired the hats you posted this past week. Your hat rack appears to be full of special and unique hats. Congrats on the surely nearing "impressive collection" size.

Carpe Diam - Lawn cut in a Sunbody.

I headed out for a pick-up at the butcher shop in a Stetson 7X clear fedora. It is not yet 70'f so a felt hat is very comfortable. The butcher commented on my cowboy hat and that my Alden shoes peaking out from my slacks did not match theme. Sure.

Home I fixed some food as it already 10:00am. New Cordova straw hat and I ate on the deck.

That’s a unique color. Seems a lot of those 3X dress hats were selv-edge and mode edge hats.

Thanks, Greg, it's a nice caramel color. Definitely one of my.better finds last year. It's not marked either way, but looks like a truly felted edge.

Out for lunch with colleagues at a local Longhorn Steakhouse. So, naturally I wore a Mallory Dallas (which I have named "Steve").

First time through Paducah, Kentucky. Great old business district. Only two hats for my retirement scouting trip: a a Resistol Milan and this Stetson Strat Milan. For warm weather, Milan just travels so well.

I officially became a Senior Citizen yesterday and wore my Black Sheep Hat works refurbished Dobbs Mylan-felt dualist to the beach for a 1/2 mile swim. Couldn't find the Senior's section, but I got a Shaka from one of the long board surfers looking for that big wave way off shore. Didn't need my new Medicare card.
