This morning I have chosen two blue hats for my escapades.

A Monson gilled fedora went out with me and Horatio for a dog soirée.

Filling the bird feeders and picking up after my dog while wearing a unique 1930's Kensington, made in Canada and retailed from Huley, NB.

Both hats are certainly blue, but which Crayola crayon blue? I guess I will need to purchase a big box of crayons to solve my question.

Straight from mudslide season into brushfire season. (I grew up in Southern California. Last year my wife and I wrote a check for the church camp where we met —-it had been badly damaged by the fire season; not to mention COVID.) Good luck to you!

Two hat day as I try to fill the holes left by last year’s tree blow-downs. It started off in the 40s so I started off in a beater Resistol fur felt. Then it warmed into the 60s so I switched to an Amish straw with a South American band.

Off to mount the box-blade...

Hey all!
The Keith Brothers "The Tiger Special" line of hats was, according to the Professor, produced between 1905ish till 1921. That means that mine is now at least one hundred years old.



If I recall correctly a Lounger whose name I forget (but whose knowledge I respect) mentioned that this big, rumpled, "carefully careless" bow was a thing briefly in the late nineteen-teens so I suspect it hit triples a few years back.

Additional note: my selfie grimace has not suffered from lack of use.
