Sun and a good temperature today for a walk
Bantam Bianco 1.jpg

Super Bantam Cervo, Loden, color of the felt is "Montecarlo"
Its size is 61 or 7 5/8 US
Bantam Bianco 7.jpg

It was an high end product of the Cappellificio Cervo during the seventies, I presume
Bantam Bianco 3.jpg

The felt is quite white, finished with a short very soft fur and the ribbon is in blue heather felt
Bantam Bianco 9.jpg

It arrived new from a south Italy closed shop and I've always wondered why such a "nordic" hat was put up for sale on the shores of the Mediterranean:)
Bantam Bianco 4 bis.jpg

I also admit that it is a "wasted" hat for the tepid days of a very hot February, but it was ready, for some time, to go for a ride.
Many Thanks for your likes.
Thank you also for showing hats of great value every day

Northwest hats (Mike Miller) in silvermist and smokegrey ribbon with sharkgills and dogears treatment and matching color brimedge, 100% beaver. The hat is also showing on the webpage of Northwest hats - - - -> custom hats - - - > custom hat gallery - - - - > 'Gills'. Nice colours and the gills are special. Very cool hat, Marcel.

Portis on a nippy morning.

Have a good day,
Michael

Pretty Portis, Michael. Killing it again.

Light snow last night gave us a 2" dusting. It is not enough snow to get real worked up about, but enough that has to be purposely cleared. I cleared snow from driveway and walkways in a vtg.Stetson Open Road Twenty Five. This hat has worked a lot in its 75+ years and the leather sweat may need replacing soon. This Open Road has definitely earned an honored place on my hat tree. It is a lovely hat and felt.

Cheers. Best, Eric -
Fabulous, Eric.

That is a commanding hat, Héctor. Quite the crown on that one.

Damn that Dutchman
I'll share the prize with you, Steve:)

Wonderful, Daniele. Nice looking felt and the deep side dents suit it.

Thanks Stefan, but you won it fair and square. Quickest finger on the draw. I'll have to practice with my Stetson OR on :)

P.S. How come I can see your smiling emoji?
