How're the skeeters?
Minnesota is beautiful, but those little vampires are worse there than anywhere else I've been.

This is predicted to be a terrific mosquito season for us. If only I could patent a use for mosquitoes and ticks I would be a wealthy short balding guy.

Brüder Böhm Wien possibly early 1900s. Made of Wool and from my vault.

An early image of the Vienna plant in a beautiful period frame. A while ago I received this photo from the grandson of Victor Böhm, owner and chief inventor at Brüder Böhm.

Gorgeous hat out of your hat vault. Thanks for sharing the hat and the history lesson. I do tune in and enjoy your posts.

Best, Eric -

Thanks Max. It is particularly nice felt.

Went downtown tonight to listen to a couple of bands. Accompanied by a Biltmore milan homburg.

The first band had a lot more energy than finesse.

The second band, Dickie by name, had a finesse, and a style liked a lot. Or maybe I say that because their lead guitarist and vocalist called out my hat from stage for being Excellent.

Greetings All:
Today...it’s an idk what it is. Kinda Homburgish or riverboat gambler or maybe just an OR style with a curl. I believe it’s been here a time or two.
I think it’s just a confused hat.

And some Willow boot dancing. She couldn’t get in em fast enough! Lol
Be well. Bowen

Beautiful OR in a unique color! Looks like you've been mowing today. Nice lawn, something seldom seen in this dry ass desert!

Thanks, Dd. Mowed a couple of days ago. Been a dry ass desert around here lately. Flooded all winter and now a drought. Having to water about every other day now. I hate to but with all these damn dogs, without rain it becomes a dust bowl back here pretty quickly. Plus, gotta keep my okra, tomato's, cucumbers and peppers going.

Low 80's and low humidity. Probably the last time I type that until October. Nice day to lounge.

That Stetson just ticks all the boxes for me, Bama. Wonderful green hue, great rake, thin ribbon in a complimentary colour, wind cord, bow, brim size and shape, liner, sweatband stamps ... I could go on. Super hat.

I have a lot of tomatoes, jalapenos, eggplant and squash. I sure wish I had some fried okra!
