And beer.

Sent directly from my mind to yours.
Reminds me of 1995 Texas Stadium. Cowboys vs. Packers for NFC Championship. Cowboys won and went on to beat the Steelers in SB. Some friends and I got invited to a big Packers tailgate party. Man, what a feast and tons of beer. We watched the game full and half drunk. Good folks from Wisconsin.

Neat hat; I like the jacket, too! Thanks for posting.

Thanks for the compliments, guys. Just for kicks, I found an ad for the Pilgrim I'm wearing today - at least I'm about 90 percent sure of it. The photo seems true to my hat. When I got it, it obviously had a "pre-blocked" shape still intact. I have since steamed it and altered it a little. Not bad for $2.89 in 1947.

It only went up to size 7 1/2! No wonder I have trouble finding vintage hats in my size.

This is one of those hats that just makes me smile.

It makes me smile too! That light color really shows off the longhair finish.

Resistol San Antonio. And a new-to-me tie.

Great San Antonio Bob. Is that tie hand painted. I really like the design.
