Hey all!
This 30's Mossant bowler shouts class from the rooftops on a windy Sunday afternoon. The wearer, however... :)

Thanks, Ryan. This was a leap of faith for me when I first bought it.

I understand where you are coming from. Having an affection for westerns and actually wearing them are two different stories. I only have one true western. It's a wool Resistol that I'll bring out and share one of these days.

That’s where the crossovers come in: a perfect balance in the affection-to-wearing niche!

Apologies for my intermittent posting. My days are usually busy, but the pace has picked up of late. That's my excuse and I am sticking to it!

Yesterday I got home long enough to head out for a dog walk. A modern Gannon with gills was a perfect hat.

This morning I headed out very early for work in a Best Dressed Head cap.

I went home to walk our dog in another cap, A Cordova Cap. I will shower, change clothes, eat and head out again in the next 30 minutes. Inevitably I will make time to stop for coffee.

Today....i’ll answer the question..Does that guy ever post anything but Stetsons?
Well, yeah, sitting here in a Lee thinking about Disneys and age dating them.
Anyway, awhile back, as reference to how was the felt on this model Lee, i pulled the thinnest felts i had to compare for this inquirer. I was stunned at the competition. I ended up with some Vita-felt Strats, Bantam, Flagship, Borsa etc.
I determined that in a dark room blind feel test this Lee would come up tops ALOT!
Lee Adventure Blue Label sleeper.
Be well. Bowen
Recent kudos much appreciated my friends.

So I guess we could deduce from your blind test of the Lee, and the fact that Lee started making hats for Disney in ‘43, that is the reason for the Disney felt of the 40’s to be so sublime.

I agree, you are a "Knox Man". Beautiful.

Grey Matador today with a coat for basically the first time in a long while as it’s only 46 degrees today!
