At church in the new BSHW.
Wise words."El que no se ha divorciado no ha vivido"-"He who hasn't divorced hasn't lived". [emoji2]
I've done it twice, so I've lived a lot. [emoji4]

What ribbon width do you have on that one, HJ?
At church with that sinfully beautiful hat? [emoji33]
I'd never before seen a Bangkor. Thanks, B.View attachment 173189 View attachment 173190 Greetings All:

Cool hat Michael! I always love seeing it. Is it critiqued in more detail in another thread. I ask because i have one the spitting image but is called “Genuine Bangkor”.
B
Thanks Bowen. I don't think I've posted any detail anywhere, because several hours of internet searching haven't yielded any details. All I could find was the JC Penney's made these from the 30s or 40s into the 60s. A quick look tells me Bangkor might be a similar dead end. I have to say they do look similar in material and construction. I like mine a lot as it's lightweight and has good ventilation. Plus I like the way it looks quite well. Yours looks super too. Any idea who made it?View attachment 173189 View attachment 173190 Greetings All:

Did you steal the spotlight, Tuk. By you, I mean that hat!
Nice, Brent. It's hard to do better than a VS Milan!
I went to the Minneapolis Stone Arch Festival this afternoon. I took my buddies 1940 LaSalle to the festival. What a glorious vehicle.
I wore a vtg. Dobbbs Cross Country and a Pendleton Topster.
This evening I went to listen to Tim Sparks and Phil Heywood play some acoutsic blues/jazz.
I hope you folks enjoyed your weekend. Best, Eric -
