I will. Thank you.Welcome aboard Jer. Have some fun here!!
Great hats Eric, love that sweater.Good morning folks. Terrific hat/cap/beret parade the last few days.
End of last week I flew to Chicago, IL for work. I made time to be able to spend several hours at the Art Institute. Glorious opportunity that I heartily recommend.

I traveled with a couple of caps as my schedule and the windy cold weather dictated.

For our many Forum members who are avid western history buffs I am confident that you too will appreciate the bronze statue called Bronco Buster, by Remington.
Duck Dim Song was on the menu for lunch one of the days.
Arriving home yesterday found me hiking in the snow for some coffee in yet another cap (Monsavais).
Snow removal wearing my Stetson Custom V.
Other chores in a Monsavais cap.
This morning I took the dog for a snowshoe walk wearing a vintage Stetson Vita Felt. The model is still unknown to me. The Vita Felt is glorious clay like when you need to put a crease in the open crown hat. The unique ribbon feature, binding, blocking and flange are unlike other hats I have.
Shortly ago I was removing more snow in a Gannon fedora.
I have been enjoying the head gear parade.
Best, Eric -
Very cool, Brent. That brim shape is lovely.Standard Hatworks lords hat

Thanks, Mike. It was time for it to get some headtime.Love that brim treatment! Great colors.
Welcome to the Lounge Saabo. Way to make an appearance. Not familiar with a "Walrus", what does the liner look like?
Classic Max. Substantial sweat on that one, I like it!
Sweet OR Roger.
A Panda, interesting. Was this converted from a western style? Love that color.
Very cool hat. Keep those homburgs coming.Lee homburg, courtesy of @deadlyhandsome, making its soft debut this afternoon at the farmer's market:

It is gorgeous, Max. These old craftsmen could probably turn a pinguin into an incredible hat.Second hat of the day. Gordon Somerset Quality, Genuine Hare's Felt.
One of my favorite hats. I bought this one for its beauty, and to find out if a hat made of hare felt could be as nice as one made of beaver. It is.

Jawdroppingly beautiful, Doug (and I'm not your waitress either),We braved the snow today and went to the somewhat local Red Robin for lunch. I wore my Knox 15 wide brim beauty, Sandra wore her little black pill box hat with the faux fur brim and daughter brought along a little Royal Stetson.
A waitress from an area next to us came over and said, "I'm not your server, but I wanted to say how much I love all your hats!" Nice.

These were the largest ones I'd ever seen outside of a museum. It's common to see the desktop models, but these came up to my mid chest. I'm 6' tall.
Sent directly from my mind to yours.
God doesn't need a hat (I think), but he'd wear this one just for fun!View attachment 155740 View attachment 155741 View attachment 155742 View attachment 155743 View attachment 155744 Greetings All:
Today...it’s a tissue like lightweight Borsalino. This one is probably the thinnest most pliable felt of all my hats. Borsalino really got it right with these.
Be well. Bowen
Seems you had a "Shane" moment there, Bob!Circa 1960 Stetson Open Road while saying goodbye to a '64 VW Deluxe Microbus that I've had for nearly 23 years. Best car purchase I ever made.
