What Hat Are You Wearing Today ?

Yesterday evening a Lee Adventurer (caramel hued felt).

My Sunday soirée in an Adam with a grand ribbon treatment.

Morning coffee under the brim of a Stetson Flagship.

Morning hardware errand was completed under the brim of a Lee Adventurer (brown).

I wore a Stormy Kromer (wool and cotton flannel lining) and ear protection to relocate some leaves.

Afternoon escapades while wearing a Lee All American.

Love the Adams and Lees! There are quite a few nice ones out there in bigger sizes for modest prices ... there are several scattered around on my walls( unlike lots of the nice older stetsons that seem to be all size 6-7/8 lol)

This morning I'm wearing a Gray Stetson 4X Durant model from the 70's that I put a pencil curl brim on and the Gus style crease with a 7.25 inch crown as it sits. Not sure I will fit in my F-150 with this baby on my head !

ANOTHER foggy Akubra morning! Special morning because I finally identified this mystery hat. Its an Imperial felt Akubra made for Outback Trading Post, but I couldnt find a model name. There was a spot on the sweatband up front that I thought was scuffed up but turned out to just be some brown gunk caked up on the surface. Little bit of scrubbing with saddle soap and VOILA! Gunks all gone and I see that I have a "Sidewinder"! Dont know what that means, but Ive got one lol ! Not sure if the "1975" is a model number or the year. If its the year, this hat must have only been worn once or twice and them put away in the box. In nice condition. The light green/ grey is a nice subdued match to a foggy background

Thanks Mark. I keep bumping my head into everything today while doing some household chores. Definitely NOT the hat to have on when you gotta reach waaaay in back of the cabinet ! Lol.

I enjoyed morning coffee while under the brim of a Mallory Ten.

I moved Fall mums and planters after switching to a Mallory Dallas. I finished my morning chores working to chaulk some select spots around the house. Snow is coming.

Well....today i was planning on pulling out one of my most special, Stetson did it friggin alright, wear only for something special hat, just to brighten up my day.
I was brushing it and noticed a thingy place, then a kinda unrecognized area and immediately went into “Panic Thought Mode”. Oh, who been messin with my hats?? Dog, hit the road!!! You know just regular hat panic.
Alas, i turn it over and what?? Oh yeah, it’s the little brother!!
Hippo digs the Hollywood thing!
I also answered my own question.
Yes, Stetson did make an Open Road 3X Last Drop. Duhh
