The first photo, the one of Tina & I standing beside our vintage MG, got lots of attention that day. It wasn't just our mode of dress that day though, I have kept a journal about the adventures that we have had in our classic MG.

At shows and elsewhere the journal is there for all to read. It has it's very own reader stand:

The shirt that Tina made you might like, it depicts many an MG, not least your lovely TD.
She rather cleverly made the buttons from lapel pins.

There was one pin that was different, still a lapel pin. Tina snipped the spine short, filed it and made this for the hat ribbon.
It gets as much attention as the car.

It's seen here on my Biltmore straw, but it does the rounds on my hats whenever we take the car out.
I think he was doing his “Final Tour” gimmick for like the last 15 years. He’s got two new hips now…. So it’s back to “all the hits”. You know them. “You deserve a break today”.…. And. “I’m stuck on band-aid… cause band-aids stuck on me”I thought he retired from performing a couple of years ago. My wifewould be jealous.
Your kind remarks have been passed on to the lady, she's as bashful as ever, doesn't handle praise well. But thank you all the same.Wow. I mean - just WOW. That shirt is just awesome, and the buttons and pin as well. It did my heart good to see those pictures - thanks.
One day I shall learn to file photos using easy recall names. Somewhere in my computer album is a lovely photo of Tina, taken at Disney, Orlando. She's planting a smacker of a kiss on Mickey Mouse, who, in turn, is giving the camera a thumbs up.Had to wear this Disney Mr Disney Windsor 15 for a visit to the Magic Kingdom today. Thought I would have it visit these Disney Hat boxes. Still wonder if the person who did the window display knows that Disney Hats New York was not affiliated with Walt Disney World.

The water spots are from Splash Mountain which closes its doors permanently in a couple weeks.
Got to visit my friend the Mad Hatter of course

It looks too big for one, but could it possibly be for a roll-up hat. Did Disney ever make those.I'm with Bob, that box on the bottom is unusual.
Now fix that wind trolley string, ya slob.
Accessories? Like Mickey Mouse ears?It looks too big for one, but could it possibly be for a roll-up hat. Did Disney ever make those.
The round box on top of it looks too small to be a hat box. Maybe they're just boxes for accessories.

Nessie has a hangover after being marketed as a whisky stone. That's Nessie, the affectionate name of The Loch Ness Monster.
Featured in the press in 1933. I wondered why Nessie hadn't
been around for a while.
Those boxes look too small even for ladies hats to me.Maybe ladies hats and the bottom one held two side by side (?).
Ha. Yeah I saw that after I took the photo. Damnit.I'm with Bob, that box on the bottom is unusual.

And that's a shame, because it's a great hat. Looking good, Steve.
Lovely colour on that one, Joe. And a cool ribbon as well.
Fantastic!
Very nice. Really like that brim curve.

The boxes were certainly of odd shapes and sizes. I have no idea what they were originally for (or if they are actually original at all) If memory serves the other window had one of more normal size. Those boxes look too small even for ladies hats to me.
A child's hat perhaps, but I don't think that particular Disney company was in the market for those
