No kidding! Prices have gone up a tad since then but still a great neighborhood. Been here for 15 years. Give a shout if you’re in town and want to get some Indian or Nepali food.

Ludwig Skrivanek Graz, Hutfabrikation possibly mid 1930s or earlier. It's a Mélange with a somewhat Rough Finish so not common. I think it's Wool but might have some Fur content. I found this unique Stiff Felt three years ago.

It has a Wind Cord.

Wearing another of my conversions this a.m. This one started out as a too small vented 4X Resistol Western. It's now a tall straight crowned fedora with a Center Dent and tight front pinch. The brim is 2 5/8.
