The last Stefan hat of the exchange is an enigma.
Ruzeno apertura.jpg

Manufactured by Jacobs & Yles n.v. for T & W Lees Limited Stockport and London, it clearly bears the word manufactured in Great Britain on the sweatband, but the word "Ruzeno" is used on the processing paper label, to define the color.
Ruzeno 8.jpg

This is a dialect word from northern Italy, mostly in the East, which means "rusty". Hence a doubt arose because various Italian hat factories worked a lot in the United Kingdom as subcontractors.

So who really produced the hat I can't tell you for sure, but someone comes to mind ...

Spring seems to have arrived in Italy and with it the very first flowers and a massive movement of people after the lock down and so we will remain closed between regions until March 27

For all my size mates, 60 centimeters or 7 1/2 in the US, I have published in the Classified a list of hats for sale exclusively in that size. Take a lok
Have a nice Monday

A wonderful hat in front of some wonderful scenery, Brent. I am in no way envious of either :)

Spring has come to Central California and the almonds are in bloom.

My in-laws planted 5 acres of eucalyptus trees 40 years ago for firewood and now they realize that 1/2 an acre would have sufficed.

No matter the occasion, you always have the most wonderful hat for it, Eric.

Stay safe and stay warm, sir.

I was home yesterday afternoon and it was warm (20'f or -6'c). I went for a walk in a new to me Dobbs.

First time I have seen a fabric covering on top of a leather sweat up close. The Dobbs brand is on the fabric and leather.

I needed to use an ice breaker on some chunks at the foot of our driveway. A change to a Warren fedora for some effort was perfect.

Roasting a chicken on the grill found me yet another fedora - Stetson Vogue.

Beautiful hats Eric. How unusual that fabric sweat liner.
