Thanks for the wishes. All is well - lost weight the past months, gained fitness, eating better and no real changes on the vitals. I would have to start upping my fitness demands past the 2 hour/day and I am really not motivated for that increase in effort. Thanks I am staying well. I hope the same is for and all the forum members.
