Thanks Stefan. I'm very keen on the whole outfit, too. I think the suit is from the early 50s. The coat may match that age. And the hat is a 40s model.

Morning walk, before the sun rises from the hills, in the place where I was born

A Borsalino from the 80s in gray very common in the hats production in Alessandria: Amiata

The finish is very nice, a short fur on soft felt

The brims are overwelted with two seams

The sun came while I was walking along this road between two walls which was, in ancient times, the way to get to Verona passing through the cultivated fields

The health situation leads me to take long walks in the open air and some paths are forced by memory.

Have to repost this today Hornskov Rabbit - very decent felt and softer than some beavers I’ve had. Happy a Halloween

I am becoming convinced this Dobbs Hanover Square is a chameleon. I’ve always seen this hat as a silver grey felt with a silver ribbon. However today when wearing a green shirt... all I see are green tones in the felt and ribbon. I can’t however really capture it in photos.

Vintage Borsalino that I don’t wear often. Love the color. The sweatband had been replaced and now the brim is wider on one side. I also think the ribbon is not original. I need to get the sweatband fixed.
