Hückel Weilheim "Chevreau", possibly later 1950s. The felt color and finish are fantastic. Also great overall construction and detail work plus NOS condition.

Early evening I was enjoying being outside in the cool weather. I was sport'd a VS Westin, The lightweight silvermist beaver felt is soft and maleable. The hat was inspired by the Stetson hat of said name. The Westin was a Stetson Whippet with a different edge treatment.

That is a gorgeous hat in every way, Eric.

Stefan, Thank you! I believe it's the only one I have come across. Great series of hats yesterday from you. The Borsalino "Landasti" is really fantastic!
Thanks, Steve. Wish I could find more of those.

Great example of the Hückel Chevreau today.

This hat really speaks to me, Steve. Such a great felt color and the ribbon is the perfect complement. I even like the feather which is unusual for me.

Great hat Michael. They were reporting some of your cooler weather was going to push on down here. The South Florida heat and humidity Apparently laughed in the face of that front.
Thanks Joe. I'm hoping the cool weather doesn't try to leave the immediate area.

Thanks, Michael.

That Dobbs sure is a fine hat.
Thanks Stefan. I think it's in the running for the highest quality felt. Very light and soft, but shapeable.

Nice looking Panama, Stefan. It's cool enough here this morning for felt, but I decided to dress for the afternoon and go with some straw

Great lines and weave on this straw Stefan. I do like the ribbon treatment it came with. Good to see that the weather in Holland is letting you wear light straws.

Quite sporty of you Michael. Always love the look of a boater. It is sunny here today, a boater may be in order for me too.

Thanks Mike. I'm a big fan of the boater as well. You've been showing some nice hats lately. Good to see you out and about.

Thanks,
Michael

Steve; Not the fuzzy, chamois glorious complicated/difficult felt of the cool weather felts, but your recent showcased hats have unique, classic and classy hues. The vintage feather adds character. Again, thanks for sharing.

That is a gorgeous hat in every way, Eric.

Thank sir. I do need to wear my VS fedoras more often. Art Fawcett is and always will be the hat whisperer.

With or wothout that hat appears perfect for warmer weather. Two looks means two days without repeating. Heaven forbid a hat gets repeated. ;)

Michael you wear a boater confidently.

This morning a dog soiree in an unlined brown Stetson Playboy. No humans were seen before 6:30am.

A run was next on the agenda. A walkabout to cool down turned out to be a couple hours in the Park Reserve. A VS Wanderer in a lightweight Art-lite dove hued beaver felt was my fedora choice.

Home and fixing brunch (pasta carbonara with andouille sausage, tomatoes and spinach) had me enjoying my meal on the deck in a VS Wanderer (Art-lite silverbelly beaver felt).

It’s always nice to see you, Max. I hope you are as well as you look.

I like today’s Milan; I’m actually partial to them over Panama hats.
I am, Brent! I have been busy writing my novel. I have wanted to write one since I was about 16, and, since I have nothing better to do...
I have seen some patients, but it is very uncomfortable with all the protective equipment one has to wear now.

Do you like to fish, Eric? If I lived in Minnesota I would do little else with my free time
