That Seton Hall really turned out nice Stefan. Is that Imperial Homburg from the US or is it a European model? Sure is a nice one.

Man I love that brim shape Steve. Nothing finer than a Borso Lobbia!

Catching up from yesterday, almost missed this beauty. Love everything about this Sovereign!

This one is a lot finer than a '79 Ford Torino! Rust spots and dents and all:);)

Very nice Knox Bill. We have vote by mail in Oregon so I don't get to dress up and impress them at the poling place. You will be a stand out!

Nice Akubra Dave. Our museum is going to have a docent on Fri/Sat this year. We got a chunk of money from the Hotel Tax in Albany to fund her. We will see if it is worth it.

Great looking VS Johnny, brim up for Bob!

Good choice for Halloween Perry, a scary black hat!

Love the color on that OR Michael. Interesting details on that cool jacket.

Good hat for inclement weather Richard. Classic look.
What museum is it? Do you have a link?

Earlier, I had to run over to the marina to pick up some ordered parts. I wore a smaller brimmed Stetson 7X Clear Beaver fedora. This hat has a WOW (charcoal) felt. It was a celebratory hat awarded to a long time Stetson Employee.

What is not to like in a smaller brimmed fedora? Short brims matter.

I just got home from running errands to the butcher and grocery stores. The preparation for Halloween has begun in earnest. A VS fedora was my hat of choice. This sahara hued beaver felt is stunning. It was my first custom hat and has been my companion on many adventures.

Bigger brims matter.

Thanks Stefan. It's a fairly modern hat, from the 90s I think

Thanks again Stefan. I do like this one quite a lot.

Great choices. Was it a bit rainy there today? Got a bit of that here, but I beat it home on my bicycle by about 15 minutes.

That is a beauty, Steve. Puts a lot of panache into a grey hat.

Michael
Thanks, Michael. We did have some rain the last few days; almost forgot what it's like after this long dry summer.

Thanks, Mike. The Seton Hall is very versatile and a lovely easy grab hat. The Stetson Imperial was made under license by Failsworth in England. The quality is superb on these (maybe that's why I have two of them).

Been a while since I've posted a hat photo, I'll have to do better. The house remodel is moving into crazy mode next week so it's off to buy new faucets and a disposal for the contractor to install. Wearing my Barbisio no name in all of its soft, floppy glory. This hat has a mind of it's own, it is possessed! Perfect for Halloween!

Sometimes they just won't be tamed, Mike. Maybe you need to make a timelapse of it: see if it moves on its own.

That's a WOW felt indeed, Eric. Superb colour on that Stetson.
