I've been loving English week, Stefan. I'm glad to hear it's going to be extended another week. It will make up for the loss of Wimbledon fortnight.

English week is near the end of its first run. For its afficionados: there will be an extension as the vaults have given up more than a dozen others of British origin.
T&W Lees Plymouth (I was less worried than I look in this picture; honest:))

Thanks, Steve. It's a lot of fun to do. I even think I can keep it up at the rate of two hats a day. If need be I can always take out the bowlers as well.

No complaints on this extension for sure
Thanks, Joe.

Out this evening for a walk in a 7XCB. It’s even better when I can return with some treasures.

I love that Bob. When the girls were little and we went camping a lot, we would always go looking for 'Treasures' and they kept a nice collection. Now I continue the tradition with the Grandkids. Sometimes I will even bury some cool stuff for them to find when they are helping me in the garden. Lylah has a nice collection in her 'Treasure Box'.

Great hat too......

The second Mallory of the day. This one a Country Club picked up from Bob. He called it a beater and it may well be, but like all beaters it shows it's age through wears and tears along with character and style.

I've been playing around with its form, trying to give it a diamond crease and even a mule kick in the a#s Bowen style.
I think it's not too bad a try, even if I do say so myself :)

Stay well, friends. IMG_20200410_205324.jpg IMG_20200410_205328.jpg IMG_20200410_205332.jpg IMG_20200410_205333.jpg IMG_20200410_205334_1.jpg IMG_20200410_205447.jpg

Thanks, Joe :)

I've been really loving your 30 hats over 30 days show. What a great collection you've gathered.
Thank you Steve... I appreciate that. it is crazy for me to think... when I first started posting in the lounge maybe like Sept of October I had about 7 or so hats that I accumulated over about 3 years. Thanks to encouragement of you all here I began to branch out and try many other styles I prob wouldn’t have considered before. I have really acquired so many these last several months.

When I pick this hat up inevitably I say to myself the felt, the felt! I share my inside thoughts this morning as it really is a marvelous felt.

Be safe, be strong and see you on the streets soon.

Wonderful Dallas Eric, I guess I’m copying you today. The Pliafelt is amazing.

You're welcome, Joe. That's the great thing about the FL, we see each others hats and become inspirered :)

Let me know your size and I'll keep my eye out for lids that turn up in Denmark that you might like. I believe you take a smaller size than I do.

Take care, my friend.
