Thank you, you're a good man but your moniker tipped me off in advance. Who doesn't like the Zappa crowd? I'll tell you a secret: in the film Baby Snakes, you see that kid handing Frank "the Tower Of Power" at the start of the show?
Guess who that was as a kid back in High School?
"Hey, Frank!"

She works in a hospital so at least she didn't have far to go and she has lots of friends to come visit her. Off to it.

That's pretty cool; I'll have to go back and watch my Baby Snakes DVD - I haven't watched it in some time.

I have had very few "Brushes With Greatness," and none were too memorable.

Nice, Perry. I keep forgetting I have a Biskup buried in the pile somewhere. I'll have to hunt it up.

Thanks Tim.

That's a great 3X. Not what I usually think of, for sure.

Wow, Alan. Perfection in a hat, there.

Love that Kasmir finish and mid ribbon.

Super job on the ribbon, Randy. Really looks good.

Made a round of the thrift stores today and found a few things I wanted to photograph. So I threw on this Panizza Sportsman to keep the rapidly accumulating snow off of my head.

Picked up this silk patch pocket jacket, the Brooks Brothers lambswool sweater vest and the new with tags Big Yank cords that date from the early 80s on the outing.

Have a good evening,
Michael

Man, sounds like a very productive outing Michael. Great finds.

That should cheer her up, Steve. Hope she makes a speedy recovery.

My pretty little wife is in the hospital so I'm going to pay her a surprise visit this morning and pop this number open under her nose. She doesn't know that I have a collapsible top hat. Well, two, actually, they seem to reproduce secretly at night when nobody is looking.

She nearly died at work (dehydration led to spiking blood levels, plummeting blood pressure, kidneys started failing) but she bounced right back after IVs and antibiotics.
This woman has about everything wrong with her thanks to Hodgkin's Disease 35 years ago and the treatment back then was to sample every organ, remove the spleen as it won't stop bleeding once you puncture it, irradiate everything else and sew you back together.

For the top hat, her reaction was, "You should probably take that off" while the knock out nurse who came in said, "Cool hat! Is that a new one?"

I kept the hat on.

Okay, so I had the flag wrong. My heart’s right. I fixed it, and now we’re both right.
For the last three years I’ve felt like showing my American patriotism.
If the military would have me, I might would feel enough pride in our great country to serve again.
I wonder if the new Space Force branch takes nearly old folks...

Maybe we could be like these guys, Randall
