Wearing my Black Borsa refurb this chilly a.m. This is a fedora with some big specs with its tall straight crown and a 3 inches wide snap brim, but this is one hat that sits nice and light on the head. A very comfortable hat to wear...one of my favorites

For TAR Thursday I bring out the Knox Premier Strato-clone. Crisp enough out there to warrant the A-2 as well. View attachment 140482 View attachment 140483
Always love to see the Knox Stratoclone come out to play. Great hat, Red.

A fine ensemble, Michael. Very nice.
Thanks Doug. I really like that Stanley Blacker jacket.

I've had a couple non-Pilgrims pass through my hands. I don't know if they dropped the name at some point, or had another line available. Though they do seem to be of more "recent" vintage (1960s).

Let me know if you find a Craftsman hat, Michael. They were probably guaranteed for life!

I am guessing this one is from the 60s. It could be that they dropped the brand name at some point around that time. Where do you trade in your Craftsmen gear now that Sears is belly up?

Thanks all,
Michael

They stopped doing that over 20 yrs ago. I think half my dad's toolbox was from finding old broken Craftsman tools and trading them in.

Greetings All:
Today...i thought i’d post a hat that Eric’s post yesterday made me think of. I got a good chuckle when i saw he beat me to it!!
Wish this one had holes in it the way his does. Plus i wanted a hat to match this jacket for Jonesy (and Brent) and show that other thread you damn well “can wear black and brown together”!! Rather well i say.
Bantam #2 of the day.
Be well. Bowen

Great look Bowen.
Summer is hanging on. No Bantam in this house, but the Champ Featherweight works today. Off to lunch with my daughter.
