The dark gray felt looks buttery smooth.
Also like the cushioned sweat. Nice one!
would like to figure out how to do the ends of the bow like that, because I’m fixing to have to put an Open Road ribbon on my nephews newish Stetson. Looks like they twist the ends in a triangled fold?

Cuz, there's nothing on the inside of this one to lend a clue. Favorite shape of mine as well, but you know that. I'd say with the plastic liner tip protector, the sweat, sewn in liner and the overall quality of the felt, probably mid 50's +-. Not much I've found on Levine during the time they were producing their own line of hats other than here.

Barbisio size 59 or 7 3/8 US to say hello to rain

Barbisio made in the heyday of the Sagliano Micca production. Sold in Munchen - Germany

The color of the felt is "Carnagione" (complexion). No way to capture the real color because it changes so much and it is between the two colors of the ribbon.

The hat is light, even if massive.
It was found in the north Europe, Stefa was the scout for this and others. Fleur of Penumbra Hats in Netherlands put it in perfect shape
