RBH, the view of the man in your avatar reminded me of a Red Skelton skit. Clem's dad was walking through the barn, and passes a stall where all that could be seen was the back end of a horse. He pauses, looks at the stall, then looks at the camera and says "that reminds me, I haven't seen Clem all day!"

The big Oak Trail

Indycop,
We hiked the Big Oak Trail at Suwannee River State park, near Ellaville. Here is a link to the FT site http://www.floridatrail.org/Hiking/Grab-and-Go/GGbigoaktrail.html

We started at the old bridge at old HWY 90, crossed the tracks at the drew mansion sign. We had to deviate from the trail several times due to high water. I've hiked that area many times so I knew where the high ground was. So, we didn't get our feet wet! It's really great along those rivers in that area. Not much development, alot of "Old Florida" scenery. Regards, F_M
